“Replaced a brake light switch”

I was notified that my brake lights didn’t work.  I went to Joyce (I had been there in the past and was happy with their service).  I called them as I couldn’t drop my car off so I would have to sit and wait.   They diagnosed the problem was caused by a bad switch and were unable to get a replacement part that day.  They put the part on order, replaced a bulb and fixed it so my brake light would work temporarily.  They explained that they would call on Wednesday when the part came in.  I requested a late call as I work nights and would like to sleep.  They honored that request.  When I got there I was in and out.    I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
